PARKING FOR THE 132nd RUNNING OF THE VELKA PARDUBICKA WITH SLAVIA INSURANCE

For the general public, a parking area is reserved on the closed I/37 highway in the direction from Pardubice towards Chrudim.

The highway will be closed to traffic from 8 a.m. until 7 p.m. After that time all unclaimed vehicles will be towed away.

The approach to this parking area is in the direction from the highway interchange near Dražkovice (Chrudim). Vehicles will be parked according to their time of arrival from roundabout interchange I/2 (near Paramo) in the direction back towards Dražkovice.

The racecourse area will be open from 9 a.m.

PRIVATE VEHICLES

Important warning!
The approach road to the main gate of Pardubice Racecourse (a turning off highway I/2 – the road to Prague (ulice Pražská)) will be closed for traffic, with the exception of taxi services and other transportation services for guests, which will be allowed through for only a limited period of time.

PARKING AREA I/37

The approach to this parking area is exclusively in the direction from Dražkovice (Chrudim). The approach from roundabout interchange I/2 (near Paramo) will be closed.

In the direction from Hradec Králové (highways D11 and D35) the route goes along Nádražní Street and Palackého třída Street (around the railway station), and then Hlaváčova Street, Anenská Sreet, S.K. Neumanna Street, Pod Břízkami Street and Chrudimská Road.

In the direction from Holice (Sezemice) the route is along Na Drážce Street, then Hlaváčova Street, Anenská Street, S.K. Neumanna Street, Pod Břízkami Street and Chrudimská Road.

 STRENGTHENED PUBLIC TRANSPORT SERVICES

For public transport, you can use the strengthened Pardubice town transport links. There will be strengthened services on the following lines: Závodiště (Racecourse) from/to Polabiny, Sluneční; Dubina, sever; Dubina, točna; Hlavní nádraží (Main Railway Station); Masarykovo nám. Passengers will be transported free-of-charge.

PARDUBICE PUBLIC TRANSPORT

The following Pardubice public transport lines will drop passengers off at Závodiště (Racecourse) bus stop: Nos. 8, 88, 14, 15, 24 and 29.

RAIL TRANSPORT

For transport to Pardubice – Závodiště railway halt, you can use the line from Pardubice Main Station to Chrudim.

TAXI SERVICES

Taxi service passengers are allowed to travel from Pražská Road (Highway I/2) to the main gate of the racecourse only to let the client get out, between 9 a.m and 3 p.m.

One hour before the start of the 132nd running of the Velka Pardubicka with Slavia Insurance (at 4 p.m.), the approach road to the main gate will be closed.

After the end of the meeting, the approach road will be open again for taxi service vehicles from 6 p.m.
